Returns
Our policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- The return date has exceeded 21 days;
- The disposable sealed package has been opened and the product has no quality problems;
- The product has obvious traces of use;
- Missing package, accessories, or receipt, serious damage, contamination, etc.
- You may not return E-Juice, liquid products, pods, or other consumable products for hygienic reasons and therefore it is NON-REFUNDABLE.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refunds
To start a return, you can contact us at info@bestzoneau.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an instruction on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and the payment will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Exchanges
Please note we do not offer exchanges under any circumstances. Please choose items carefully and if unsure seek assistance before purchasing.
